What’s included in the service?

Is it a wedding package that you offer, for example a single price for catering, décor, venue, DJ etc?

All planning services are for the planning elements only. We source the other suppliers for you as part of the service and they are booked separately to booking our services.

Do you provide “on the day” wedding co-ordination services?

Yes, as part of our services, but we don’t offer on the day co-ordination on its own; this tends not to work very well for our clients. It simply doesn’t give us enough time to understand your plans, get in touch with your suppliers or create a detailed running order. It also doesn’t allow you time to take us through your plans to a level of detail that means we can truly act on your behalf on the day. How much does your service cost?

Our fees are dependent on the type of event you’re having, how many days of events you’d like us to manage as well as the location of the events. Please contact us for a complimentary phone consultation to discuss this further. Rest assured, we charge a fixed fee. Some planning companies may charge a fee that is based on a percentage of your full budget; we find the fixed fee is more transparent and works better for our clients.

Is there a minimum budget we should have to book your services?

This is really dependent on the size and scale of your event. For weddings, our clients’ full wedding budgets tend to be anywhere from £50,000 to £200,000 depending on the scale of the wedding. For events, overall budgets tend to be upwards of £5,000.

Do you also plan non-wedding events like parties or events for my business?

Yes we do! We plan all sorts of events, check out our Events page or give us a call for more info.
